At QualityWalay.com, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Delivery Locations

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

  • Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
  • Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
  • Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Sahiwal
  • And all other cities, towns, and rural areas across Pakistan

2. Shipping Charges

Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


3. Delivery Timeframe

Location Estimated Delivery Time
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi 2–4 working days
Other major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, etc.) 2–4 working days
Remote areas and small towns 2–4 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

5. Courier Partners

We ship your orders through trusted courier services in Pakistan, including:

 

  • M&P (Trax)
  • Postax

We select the best courier based on your location to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS
  • The name of the courier company handling your order

You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to check your delivery status. If you have any issues tracking your order, contact us on WhatsApp and we will assist you.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan at no extra charge.
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • The courier will collect payment before handing over the parcel.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order:

  • They will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • After 2 failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
  • If your order is returned due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal — reshipping charges will apply for redelivery.

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing your order.


9. Damaged Parcels During Delivery

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept it without recording a video.
  • Record a video while opening the parcel in front of the courier.
  • Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with the video.
  • We will arrange a free replacement after verification.

10. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • QualityWalay.com is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Please double-check your full address, city, and phone number before confirming your order.
  • To update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp before dispatch.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Public holidays and religious occasions (Eid, etc.)
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Courier strikes or operational issues
  • Remote area accessibility

We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
