Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is significantly different from what was described on the website
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
2. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will respond within 24 hours.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We will arrange a pickup from your address (no courier charges for you)
- Our team will inspect the returned item
- If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days
4. Refund Options
You may choose one of the following:

Note: Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer only. We do not refund in cash at doorstep.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please:
- Take photos or a short video immediately upon opening the parcel
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked
6. Items Damaged During Delivery
If the parcel appears damaged before opening, please:
- Record a video while opening the parcel
- Send the video to us on WhatsApp immediately
- We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement
7. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to process returns in the following cases:
- Customer ordered the wrong size or color (please check product details carefully before ordering)
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor color differences due to screen display settings
- Item returned without prior approval from our team
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — contact us immediately on WhatsApp
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- If you refuse delivery at the door, return shipping charges may apply
